IN ADDITION, try one half-hour of Gentle Yoga before Meditation if you choose. Yoga begins promptly at 5:50 and ends 6:20
Each new session will introduce a meditation style from different traditions.
Wednesday, January 23: Walking Meditation Wednesday, February 20: Mantra Meditation
Wednesday, March 13: Silent Meditation
