Tea and Talk, by phone or visual means, is simply that, a conversation.
I’ll bring to the table my helper modalities such as Empowerment Coaching, Spiritual Direction, a graduate degree in Pastoral Ministry and an education and committed practice in Yoga and meditation. I can help you manage whatever life/work challenges you face where you currently find yourself and help you to gain new perspectives to ease the stress, and to discover your own strength to find solutions and peace of mind.

A Life Coach is a partner that will challenge and help you focus to get you to where you want to go.

You don’t know; that is why I offer a complimentary session.  You will be sure after that.

That is up to you; however, a three-month minimum commitment is required in order to see change.  After the three months you can renegotiate your commitment.

Not necessarily.  Sessions can also be made by phone and can be just as effective, and convenient!

Spiritual Direction:  Where Humanness Meets Holiness

Spiritual direction is about experiencing and exploring the deepest aspect of being human while journeying with God (or what or whomever you believe) and a spiritual companion. This aspect of my work came from journeying with victims of domestic violence. I continually heard individuals speak of a confused view of what “God” expected. With that and meeting more and more folks disillusioned by organized religion, I became a Spiritual Director trained by Quellen Spiritual Center.  I can help you to understand your true self as an expression of the divine as we move toward releasing obstacles that limit our experience of knowing ourselves more consciously.

    Spiritual Direction is a joint venture between you, me and God.  In the partnership, you  talk, I listen, God is at hand.  Together we see where God is present in your life and how you can become more present to God.

    The name “God” was created to understand.  It is a name to communicate and relate to something larger than ourselves.  That largeness includes energy or whatever your understanding of “God” is, if you label it at all.

    That is up to you.  Most Directees meet once a month.

    But nothing is “wrong” in my life, and I don’t need Spiritual Direction.2017-04-28T15:42:24+00:00

    Spiritual Direction is a choice and one does not need anything to be wrong.  All one needs is a desire to draw closer to God.
